Lemon honey basted Chicken.
For this recipe you will need
A chicken (obviously)
Stuffing the chicken is a matter of choice.
6 tablespoon honey
6 Tablespoon lemon juice
teaspoon mustard
teaspoon mixed herbs
Good dash of salt and pepper
Warm all this up in the microwave for a few seconds
The baste the whole chicken with the sauce
Once you have done with cover the bird in foil but don't wrap it too tightly - It can burn.
Once the bird has around 40-50 minutes cooking time left, remove the foil to let it brown.
And there you go, Sunday roast I over cooked the sprouts but there's nothing can be done about that now.
