Using up what I have

Been using up what I have in the house before I buy anything else, of course if I needed milk or eggs say I'd have to replace those.
I have used up
Half full jar of hazelnut coffee
Half bag of peppers from the freezer
Sweet baked potato from the freezer
Gammon
Odd bags of frozen chips
Porridge oats

That's all I can think of at the moment as I as usual never keep up with this blog.

Today I'm making fajitas with 2 kits I have had for long enough, and I have added  the rest of the soya mince I had in the cupboard to go with the mince I had.

But so far am doing good and feel even better am using the stuff I have left laying around.
