Day 7 Still De-junking

Haven't been on for a few days sorry (but I can't promised I will be on every day but when ever I can)

Monday, as I have also needed to use things up in the fridge especially I made a curry of sorts.
From the fridge that needed using
Opened tin of tomatoes
2 halve onions
red pepper
Chicken from a roast.

All I did was fry off the peppers and onions then added the tinned tomatoes after a while I then added the chicken.
I served this with rice and a papadom

Tuesday.
I De-junked a bin bag of clothes, a huge wall sticker.

For tea again was what I needed to use up

Sliced beef
Leek
Bacon.
Cream Cheese.

Bacon leek and potatoe bake.
Boil leeks and potatoes in chicken stock till potatoes are partly cooked.
Drain off the water put the potatoes and leeks in a oven proof dish add salt and pepper as you go along and chopped up bacon to the top add some of the reserved stock water (about 200mls) dot about the cream cheese cover with foil. bake for 20-ish minutes remove foil for around 10 minutes for bacon to crisp and potatoes are done.

I served this with the left over sliced beef pull some left over pork from the freezer along with gravy and (home made) yorshire pudding.

I also cooked carrots in the left over stock and serve all the up as a "mini midweek roast"

Wednesday
De-junked. Dressing gown and blouse.

For tea all I needed to use really was a pepper and mince.
I make spaghetti bolgnese.
