Pictures aren't great but heres what I made with the Christmas cards. There was also plenty scrap left for notes shopping lists and the like, the rest will go in to the recycle.

I am also trying to eat our way out the freezers and cupboards. So I am going to hopefully log each day what I have made, tonight I made turkey chow mein with a turkey breast off the Christmas dinner I used most of the bean sprouts we had but I had to bin the rest I know they wouldn't have been used.
